I’m not saying that protein bars are inherently evil (although Quest does do very odd things to my stomach), but I AM saying that if you’re a relatively active woman, a single protein bar is NOT enough food to be a meal.

The best snacks are easy to grab, taste good, and actually fill you up so you have enough energy to get to your next meal.
