Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet (or two) with parchment paper.
Mix together your spice blend in a small bowl.
Mix your beef, sausage, egg, parsley, onion, and spices together in a large bowl. You want everything to become incorporated, but be sure not to over mix! That'll lead to tough meatballs.
Roll into ~2 Tbsp balls and place on the baking sheet. Repeat until mixture is finished. I ended up with around 3 dozen total, but it'll depend on the size of your meatballs.
Place in the oven and bake for 28-30 minutes. Plate with some rice and collard greens and enjoy!
