Heat a large pot on the stove over medium-high heat.
Add in your ground beef and chopped liver pieces and a pinch of salt. Mix frequently until browned.
Add in your garlic, onion, cooked rice, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, smoked paprika, oregano, red wine vinegar, and another pinch of sea salt. Mix together & cover. Cook until onion is tender, about 15 minutes.
Add in the cabbage, stir, cover and cook until cabbage is tender and cooked down, about 15 minutes.
Divide into meal prep containers and heat up when you need a bite!
