Hi, I’m Paige Knapp.
I’m a personal trainer and holistic health coach who helps stressed out women heal from bloating without restriction. I help my clients overcome their restrictive mindsets around food and learn to go with their guts to truly overcome their gut & body image issues.
I’m just like you! I tried every diet under the sun (from veganism to low carb to intermittent fasting and everything in between). I restricted my eating to only “clean” foods, and my gut hated me for it. I was doing all of the right things, but I wasn’t seeing the results I wanted. I was puffy, bloated, uncomfortable, and unhappy every time I looked in the mirror.
After overcoming my restrictive diets and improving my body image, I’ve helped dozens of clients do the same. I am here to teach you how to discover the exact foods that will help your body feel and look its best, because we’re all bio-individual. I help my clients become confident in their food choices and confident in themselves so they can reintroduce off-limit foods and heal from the inside out.
